located in Mill Valley, California.
Food and exercise coaching is also provided via phone and email
for clients here in the San Francisco Bay Area,
elsewhere in the US, and internationally.
No extreme dieting, excessive cardio, cleanses, detoxes,
quick fixes, other strange supplements or products.
Just real food you pick, several hours of strength training per week, and minimal cardio (if any at all), leaving you time for a balanced life.
